Sponsorships enable us to make improvements to our facilities, better serve the community, and bring family friendly events and activities to the fair each year.

Sponsorship Packages

Level 1 – Friends of the Fair/Bike Sponsorship - $100

• Name listed on our website through 2026

Level 2 – Bronze Sponsorship - $500+

• 2 Gate Passes

• Your company name listed on signage throughout the fairgrounds

• One 2x4 sign with your company logo displayed at the fair gate through 2026

• Advertisement on the Vermilion County Fair website and social media through 2026

Level 3 – Silver Sponsor - $1000+

• 4 gate passes

• Your company name listed on signage throughout the fairgrounds

• Two 2x4 signs with your company logo displayed at the fair gate and throughout the grounds (one displayed through 2026)

• Advertisement on the Vermilion County Fair website and social media through 2026

Level 4 – Gold Sponsor - $2500+

• 4 gate passes, 4 grandstand passes

• Your company name listed on signage throughout the fairgrounds

• Two 2x4 signs with your company logo displayed at the fair gate and throughout the grounds (one displayed through 2026)

• Advertisement on the Vermilion County Fair website and social media through 2026 and digital signs

• Your company/name announced at every grandstand event and throughout the fair on the PA system

Level 5 – Platinum Sponsor - $5000+

• 6 gate passes, 6 grandstand passes

• Your company name listed on signage throughout the fairgrounds

• Two 2x4 signs with your company logo displayed at the fair gate and throughout the grounds (one displayed through 2026)

• One 2x8 banner with your company logo displayed in the grandstands

• Advertisement on the Vermilion County Fair website, and social media through 2026, and digital signs

• Your company/name announced at every grandstand event and throughout the fair on the PA system
